End of Financial Year can be a stressful time as all records need to be finalised, reconciled and submitted to the ATO by certain dates. On top of the BAS and Super that is due at this time, there are a few one-off lodgements required of businesses:

To complete your accounts please provide us with the following records so we can complete your work for the period required:
- Bank statements for any bank accounts, loans or credit cards for the entire period (with narrations where necessary)
- Activity Statement form sent to you by the Australian Taxation Office
- All tax invoices/receipts received for purchases
- All tax invoices issued for sales (if not already created in the computerised accounting software)
- Details of any outstanding customer invoices that are bad debts
- Finance documentation for any equipment that was financed by chattel mortgage, hire purchase or lease
- Details of any expenses that were paid for by the business but were not for 100% business use (including all drawings by the owner/director)
- Payroll Information including Tax declaration copies for all employees, superannuation details for all employees, industry award details, timesheets and records.
